Weird. We're the last MLB game on this Saturday June 30. No other games in all of the PST?

If last night (Friday) should have been favorable to the Ms, maybe 2nite will be, even though it should not be, given its Beckett versus Er.Ramirez?

a) Did Beckett go golfing 2day? Hope so.

b) Did last night's speech from Wedge maybe fire up the Offense? If only it was that easy.

Figgins and Olivo in the lineup. F--- this organization.

Saunders and Montero out of the lineup. Wedge is playing a lineup with a collective AVG of .234. These jerks don't even feign a concern for winning anymore. This is like giving the finger to the M's fan base.

Now Erasmo is out with an apparent injury. It just keeps getting better.

The GF said, "You should go to the game, to get the sunglasses giveaway."

I grilled, and there was no thunderstorm.

Where is, "not a baseball goober," to defend this team?

Small victories.

I don't know. I'm half-following the NESN broadcast and they showed Ramirez field a comebacker and throw to first, seemingly without any problem; then there was a conference on the mound and Erasmo walked off the field with the trainer. The NESN guys said he seemed to be injured, but they didn't have more specific info.

So put Liddi in left field instead of that POS.

You are consistent, Bro. If only Figgins was this team's only problem.

When you can choose between a player like Liddi and a player like Figgins, I see no rationale for choosing Figgins. BTW, to make sure that Olivo wouldn't score with one of his occasional hits, Wedge is batting Figgins behind him. So Miguel got a single and Figgins popped out to end the inning.

It's pretty clear they aren't going to drop him so unfortunately that means they are going to play him when guys get hurt/sick.

If Ichiro leaves the Ms, I will really NOT miss the crowd shots of Japanese people completely ignoring the game, except when Ichiro does something.

If I bought a ticket to this game and saw him in left field, I'd go to the ticket window and try to get a refund. I know they wouldn't honor the request, but I'd still do that much to express my disgust with the organization for putting that guy on the field. Liddi, Carp, anybody, would be a more tolerable sight on the field than that guy. I don't know whose ego or cheapness is behind the unwillingness to cut that guy, but he has no business getting any playing time. He forfeited that opportunity long ago.

I know. We all will do a little dance when he's not taking up space on our team.

Man, Jaso should be in the lineup every single time a right handed pitcher is starting. The man can sit on the bench multiple days in a row and still racks up bigger hits than pretty much every guy on this team that is supposed to be a big part of our future.

You prefer shots of the other fans ignoring the game? I've been at games where they tried to get the Wave going.
