Sounds like we can pick this guy up for cheap (low level A propects). He could either spell Belt at 1st and would be a legitamite threat off the bench.

Our lineup now looks a bit more formiddable. This and another bullpen arm would put us in a much better position that what we have now..

Certainly he's better than Huff. MadBum is a better hitter than Huff right now. Carlos Lee has been public with his unwillingness to play in SF. I wouldn't welcome a guy who doesn't want to play here, not even if they wanted Huff, haha.
