Stratton hasn't thrown in a game since early June....this was a get your feet wet game.

Long college season. They're probably trying to let him take it easy this season and start him up fresh next spring.

Darn missed it by one week. I was visiting my cousin in Salem over the fourth. I couldn't quite get anyone interested in a night watching the Volcanoes, but if Stratton was pitching I would have made it; kinda curious about they kid. I wish the Stockton ports were an affiliate of the Giants and yes, I live in Stockton. :|
