I expect the Dodgers will seriously discuss every offensive player of value including Hamilton, Napoli, Berkman, LaRoche (if the mutual option is declined), Youk (if option is declined), and Victorino. I can't imagine that Loney will be our firstbaseman next year. My hunch is we will make a push for Napoli, but he'll decide to go elsewhere to stay behind the plate and we'll end up with LaRoche. I think we will then resign Victorino for way too much. We may try to move one of our starting pitchers and sign Grienke, Peavy, or Dempster but my hunch is we will stand pat.
1B LaRoche
2B Ellis
SS Gordon
3B HRam
RF Ethier
CF Victorino
LF Kemp
C Ellis
It wouldn't be a bad line-up. Sure, I'd much rather have Napoli at first and Hamilton in left, but I doubt that's going to happen.
