I am starting to think this squad they have been playing has givin up knowing there are xhanges coming in the next 4 weeks. I know its not much talent out on the field now but this is crazy. We are by no means out of it. Once kemp, ethier and ellis come back and a few additions are made we will get back on track and win the west.

The current team is simply is not talented enough to win. You have a subpar lead off man and are relying on a catcher for power. We all knew that if something happened to kemp and etheir that we would be dead in the water. Carlos lee would. Of be an improvement either.

I seriously doubt the current lineup of players have given up trying to play hard because they want to wait till July 31st....thats just rediculous!

They dont have enough talent these players could get by w Kemp ellis and Either hitting well but when they r gone no hiding the deficiencies. They r trying as hars as they can but no talent there to win or should i say not enough hopefully reinforcments will come and things will get better

I got out of my bowling tournament, just in time to hear the line on the latest loss. However, Rick Monday did say something that is pretty apparent now; these guys, ALL of them, are playing with a CLEAR lack of enthusiasm. I know I have said that here; mostly in a "shame on them fashion", but even the announcers, are doing all they can to hold it in.

I got to see none of the game, but as I understand it, down by a run or two, then give up the deathpitch! Naturally, no offense, and the last 7 games, 40 guys in place to score, three hits!
Almost no-hit twice, in one month, 5 shutouts in last 7 games......forget shame, how about just show some pride!

All of these guys are supposed to be professionals who have been there before.....they need to pull it together before the Savior and his two sidekicks arrive, or they will be fighting the Madres for the basement!

Seriously, Clyde, pros? The worst prose that you can think of is your own lack of spelling! Come on Jack, get a grip.....pros? You have the nerve, the audacity, to actually type that up and use "pros"?

What is in fact unreadable is "prose", that contains spelling errors, wrong words...there/their/they're, where/were, then/than, or any other words that when questioned, the answer is always, "well, you know what I was trying to say"! The lack and dearth of commas, apostrophes, any sort of punctuation; that is bad enough......but seriously....pros"
