Yeah, I don't care if he's on-camera, but he was directly in line with home plate. In most ballparks, if a fan is in the pitcher's view and intentionally moving around a lot, he'll get asked to sit still or move. But a major league team lets its mascot attempt to distract opposing pitchers. Bush.
