Who would you have as the Cubs' manager if not Sveum? Who could make this team a winner?

I think he's handling a nightmare season exceptionally well.

Sveum will be the Cubs manager for at least this season and 2013.

It may be lame but it fits your act on this board.
It's not even a putdown, if I wanted to throw around put downs you give plenty of ammo each day to make it easy to come up with fresh stuff.

You know you'd think differently about the front office had they hired him.
You didn't start your endless crybaby rants until you read he wasn't on their interview list and ever since ANYTHING they do you complain about and it will never end .

you had to ask him that?..look at his screenname..and yeah, I agree that Dale is doing a good job under the circumstances..that poster will never give Theo the benefit of the doubt because not only didnt they interview Ryno, they told him he wouldnt be considered...

That's not gonna happen either. You'll have long started a new acct/screen name, when the Cubs start winning in 2013 and 2014.

One thing is for sure, you're an expert on sniffling & drooling.

The cubs aren't championship caliber, the manager's decisions are geared towards development at this point in the rebuilding process. Unfortunately winning today isn't the priority.

I have some bad news for you....Theo, Hoyer, McLeod and Sveum have forgotten more about baseball than you or 99.9% of this board will ever know..

But it's easy to sit and rant when the team stinks. People argue with you now. Wait until the Cubs start winning again. There are a bunch of elephants on this message board and I'm not referring to either their political affiliation or their weight.
