Draft this Thursday!

what's your prediction as to what the Chiefs try for early?

I am hoping they trade down a few spots and try and load up on picks as well as trade Albert for a 2nd rounder.

I think that's interesting.

I thought it was going to be Luke Joeckel.

Who is going to be this year's Ryan Leaf?

Edit: I actually don't think it's possible for anyone in this draft class to become the next Ryan Leaf.

Nobody in this class at QB is being hyped at all and I still think Nassib is the best of the bunch.

Hoping the Chiefs trade down and acquire more picks but doesnt sound like that is going to happen.

Yeah, it sounds like the Chiefs are open to the idea of trading down, but it sure doesn't sound likely.

There isn't a QB in this class that is as highly touted as Ryan Leaf was, so obviously there isn't a QB in this class that be a letdown on that scale. I don't think any one player at any position is. If Fisher or Joeckel become busts, it still won't be on the scale of Ryan Leaf.

If it wasn't for Peyton Manning Ryan Leaf would have been more like a Tim Couch or Akili Smith.

Tim Couch and Akili Smith were still pretty bad.

Right but they're not considered as big of busts as Leaf. He didn't help the situation with his behavior either.

He still gets into pretty consistent legal trouble.

They just said on NFLN that the Rams are thinking about trading up to the #6 spot to draft Tavon Austin. That would take a lot of picks...

Would have been great if Goodell kicked Namath out of the HOF right there.

Would of rather had Joeckel but Fisher works.

I'd like to know what, if anything, teams were offering the Chiefs for the first pick.
