The Richie Incognito incident seems to be becoming more and more complicated.
His teammates seem to rather enjoy him, pretty much telling the press they prefer him to Jonathan Martin.
They also say that Jonathan Martin and Richie Incognito were perceived as friends within the locker room.
Most interesting, however, is that Jonathan Martin played the voicemail to players in the locker room and laughed about it.
I don't know what to think.
I still don't like Richie Incognito. He was a terrible Ram.
I agree with you there.
I don't think Richie Incognito or Jonathan Martin will ever play another game with the Dolphins.
after all these guys have gone on the record backing ingocnito, there is no way in heII martin ever plays for miami ever again. it certainly is strange how they've seemingly all picked incognito over martin, but it certainly fits with the club's 2 decades of mediocrity. different owners, different fo's, different coaches, different players, but always the same middling results.
if they were 6-2 and this came up, then backing the known sociopath with substance abuse issues who can also play well would make sense. but they are 4-4 and looking at another january at home. they have 3 road games in december, at the jets, steelers & bills. so their record is effectively 4-7 right now, even with richie back.
I see this as bad press, and neither player is good enough for the Dolphins to really put up with this for much longer.
My prediction is that neither player appears in an NFL game with the Dolphins ever again.
But, yeah, you're right. The Dolphins are headed for a 5th consecutive season outside of the playoffs.
Looks like the last rams pick from redskins is going to be pretty good.
Well it will be high, wether it is good or not to be seen.
The Rams are, uh, beating the Colts 21-0 in Indianapolis.
Tavon Austin is quick.
