Larry Tanenbaum, Bryan Colangelo and Dwayne Casey are flying overnight to be the first team able to greet Nash tomorrow morning.

They have a video prepared with Wayne Gretzky urging Nash to do what he did in LA, to Toronto. Rumor is 12M per year.

CAN THEY DO THE IMPOSSIBLE?!?

Not really when the Raps will prolly offer more per year then any other team and the potential marketing oppurtunities he has with the Raps far exceed any other team.

Money talks and this is what Nash sees when thinking about signing with the Raps

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Shot at a 53% clip last year while averaging a double/double

Ya Nash is still good
I'd say hes still easily one of the 7-8 best PG's in the league.

The rumour is 12mill for 3 years

Can he bring the Phoenix training staff with him?

He's terrific man, it's amazing what he's still doing compared to a guy like Kidd who has been deteriorating very quickly.

The three favorites to land him are the Knicks, Heat and Raps. The other two probably offer a fraction of what the Raps do.

You would think right?

HOWEVER, he just opened a restaurant in downtown TO and he is the GM of the Canadian national team. The Raps probably offer him a future front office role also if it means anything to him.

Yep the shelflife for basketball players is short but Nash's game isnt so much based on athleticism but moreso amazing passing abilitys and Bball IQ.

Not too mention Nash's workout regimine is apparently legendary

The nice thing is that even if he can't attack the hoop like he once could, he still has his passing game and shot.

He has 3 years max of effectiveness in my opinion.

Nash to Heat? What $ would be left for the bench?

Scary if the injury bug hits.
