hitting a HR like every 10 Abs, and it seems like every one is in close games when its really needed.

Im pumped for this season but looking forward to next season, Reddick, Cespedes, Carter.
if they improve in the off season, that 345 could be really Legit. Throw in Gomes and im not feelin to bad about the core of the lineup next year

Carter is the key to the 3,4,5 spot. If he can continue and even get better the A's got something. I for one think Carter has turned the corner. If you look at his at bats, his walks are what tell the story. He is being patient and not swinging at the garbage for the most part. Even more telling is the fact that all of baseball knows about this guy now and he is still crushing the ball. Every pitcher is now trying to work around him, hence walks and the dazzling OBP. He is on base 2 out of 5 at bats every game. Lately it seems like he has been leading off the inning a lot. If the A's could somehow provide someone to protect him in the 6 hole worth anything then you could see his numbers improve even more. I am betting he is going to get even better with more experience. His new, short, patient and compact swing is going to protect against the league adjusting to him, I think. The time is now not next year, but if the A's get another bat next year then they could become an unstoppeable offensive juggernaut.

your right reddick, ces and carter is a good combo, if moss can get back to what he was doing behind carter it will be even better.
