I can say it was probably the greatest first five months of any eligible rookie player. Beyond that, it's too early to tell.

Last year, yes. We'll see how he does this season. I think he won't repeat his 2012 numbers, but still very good - .305/25/80/.385 OBP/50 SB/120 runs.

I like that you don't automatically assume he'll keep up the same numbers next season as he did in 2012. It shows common sense and a tendency NOT to take anything for granted, nor are you insisting as some do here that he will always be the same Mike Trout year after year.

Good for you! I admire that a lot. Not that THAT is important. LOL!

It's just not in me personally to make predictions about any player, no matter how great a season he's just had.
