So I know this is a ways away and I don't know if I even want to do it but what do you think the chances are of the Orioles signing Hamilton. I feel like he should be a target because of what he can do at this field. Of course I also am not a huge fan of the monster contracts and would be perfectly fine with reimold, avery, and pearce splitting time in left and at dh next year. I bring this up because I always hear that pitching is the most important thing, and I tend to agree, but if you have a monster lineup (ex yankees, rangers), you can have some bad pitching and still win games all of the time. The yankees have definately proven that this year. Their rotation isn't even close to solidified and they are still at the top. I don't know, just some random thoughts because I saw some arguments on another site.

I do not see Texas letting this fellow get away. I also do not see Angelos wanting to pay him unless he was in his twilight years.

Ya the only reason I would see Texas letting him go is he's going to cost a lot and they already have players there will be paying a lot and he gets hurt a lot plbut still puts up huge numbers.
