I'm kind of surprised that Duncan isn't in the lineup today, either over Hafner or preferably over Damon. I've not been the biggest Duncan fan throughout the year, but he's been hitting the ball good lately and there's a lefty on the mound, so I'm disappointed to see him out of the lineup.

LOL Bautista's swings looked horrid. Good thing that none of the Indians were in the HR Derby.

Soriano 3-3 with 2 homeruns and a double so far in his game today... that bat would sure look good in the middle of our lineup.

I've been saying Soriano would be a great bat to get if the Cubs eat most of his contract. He can left field/DH next year when Hafner is gone and be our right hand power bat.

With all the talk about Quentin, I would prefer they go after Soriano.

Are you sure it didn't hit off the face of the 2nd deck? I'm not sure, it looked like the fans in the 2nd deck felt that the ball was coming at them...

I could be wrong, I just walked in the door and turned the tv on, and said, "Hafner Homerun this at bat" and as soon as he hit my hands went up in response to my friend's comment of, 'you mean ground out?'

For some reason, Hafner's stride/stance just looked good that at bat.

Is this going to be one of those games where Masterson gets no support?

Masterson throws a 4 seam, a sinker, a slider, and a change up. Our announcers are terrible, they don't even know what kind of pitches our 'Ace' throws...

I thought Hafner only hits home runs when the Indians are up 7-2 in late inning games?

Don't forgot that the walks are bad also! Because Rick Manning said so and then changed his mind this very game and said that we NEED to take walks...

But they are still bad.

I have a feeling these missed opportunities at the plate are going to come back to haunt us pretty soon.

I'm about to start finding something else to watch when the Indians come up to bat. It will be very disappointing if the Jays get a run or two tonight. Hate to see Masterson pitch a very good game just to lose at the end due to no support.

Honestly, Masterson looks like he is thinking that exact thing. He really wants this win. Let's just hope this doesn't end up like the 1st game of the 1st half where Masterson pitching shut out baseball and Perez blows the save.

I really wish I didn't watch the top of the 8th, lol. Well, somebody will be facing Bautista, either Pestano or Perez.

I'm starting to think that Cunningham isn't good. Crazy I know, but if you watch him closely you may see it too.
