By me - at the time it was a duplicate thread - but someone replied before I could delete the entire thread.

There's probably dozens of deals LA proposed to other teams we'll never hear about but they all began with Loney and Uribe.

But that goes against the facts that Colletti only dumpster dives and Magic lied to us about bringing talent.

So I'm betting the ownership didnt try to do anything, thats why thy got F's from the fans on here. I trust the fans.

I'm not even sure what our payroll is right now, but new ownership doesn't seem bothered by possibly picking up big contracts. If some how the Phillies let Lee go to the Dodgers that was $97 million and then Gonzo has remaining $154 million thru 2018. Gonzo would have been a hugh improvement at first providing good offense and defense.

Loney and Uribe, the throw away kids. Uribe is washed up, Loney is in dream land.

I remember years ago, when the Dodgers were asking the Padres about Gonzo and they wanted either Bills and Martin, or Bills and Loney. ha.
