The more and more stuff comes out the worst Joe Pa is looking. Now rumor is that the FBI recovered information through Penn State email accounts that Joe Pa was the one that talked Curley and Schultz's out of going to the police when McQuery told them what he saw.

Sadly the college death penalty would be way too light, for everything that has happened.

LOL, it's funny because JoePa's entire life is now a joke.

Honestly, if I were the B1G, I'd kick them out of the conference.

It's not like they couldn't replace them in a heartbeat. PennLive.com's PSU beat writer buried the program tonight. It's over.

This story just gets worse and worse. Joe Paterno stopping them from going to the cops is just disgusting and awful and gross and lots more adjectives.

Here's the thing, I'm not saying that Penn St. doesn't deserve more punishment in light of what we now know, but JoePa is dead and Sandusky will be dead if the inmates can get to him. The Fire Crotch, should be banned from anything college football, for life and all the higher ups have been dismissed. Although, this is far more serious than boosters paying money, the problem people have all been punished. An example needs to be made to make sure that this never happens again but a true death penalty would be too much.

25 years however should do the trick.

"It's not like they couldn't replace them in a heartbeat. "

The rumors that I have heard were that if they tried to kick them out it could get tied up in the courts for awhile. I don't know how true that would be because if that is how Penn State would handle it that would look even worse for their image. If the Big Ten was to decide to kick them out Penn State could start to clean up it's image by maning up and excepting it.

The other question is, if you kick them out does that end their football program? What conference would pick them up? Also would you allow players to transfer out without having to sit out a year? I would allow players to leave unpunished, but this is the NCAA they try to act tough all the time.

I hope they get sued into extinction. This whole episode should be an example - and it won't be - of why you don't deify head coaches. Unbelievably, people in Happy Valley still think JoePa is being railroaded and they should still have a football team. What was te greatest trick the devil ever pulled?

People don't talk about him much, but McQueary should face some charges too. Yes he told Paterno, but he saw Sandusky raping a little boy, and he ran away. What a coward. He should have beaten Sandusky almost to his death.

And how much you want to bet that McQuery didn't get promoted over his coaching ability? Maybe Joe Paterno promoted him because he kept what he saw between the Penn State people? I can't see how that didn't play a role in his promotion. Good thing is McQuery will probably never coach at the colllege level again.

I just think from a players perspective, what decently rated recruit in the nation would want to go to this school? And have to deal with all these distractions and the possiblity of the football program being suspended. If this program isn't axed completly it will be bled to death anyway.

I don't know if a total death penalty is warranted, but a 30 year suspension should work just fine. Everyone involved with the scandal should be dead by then anyways.

You would think, but their 2013 class is already looking good... http://rivals.yahoo.com/footballrecruiting/football/recruiting/commitments/2013/pennst.-34;_ylt=AuzuBiebyIDp_cr24T9TmkNGPZB4

Probably helps now that their head coach actually goes on recruiting trips...
