Feels like it's been 4 days since we had a Braves game.

They're luring the Tigers into a false sense of security before the win the series.

I was around until a little after 11 talking to John, and it didn't seem too bad....maybe I shouldn't look upstairs. :)

Yes...all part of the Master Plan, since we already knew we couldn't win with Paul pitching...Dude has never won in an AL park, and we knew we had no chance!!

We're doomed. 10-0. We no longer have the best record in baseball.

The end is near.

Yeah, no chance!

I get a kick out of how some favorites get ignored and some less liked guys take a hit upstairs sometimes...all kinds of levels of "su.ck" last night and Dan gets the attention...Fredi and Juan had 7 K's between them and Reed added another 2...with the good news being that Chris continued his hot streak, Evan finally got a pitch to hit, and Andrelton looks to be headed out of Struggleland.

Oh well...if you're gonna "su.ck", you might as well REALLY "su.ck". :)

Yeah, the negative attention devoted to Dan is what got on my nerves. I like him as the #2 hitter. He won't always be hitting .180 and he has a solid walk rate. He should also get better pitches to hit with big Justin hitting behind him.

We have 4 "regulars" with a greater than .300 OBP, providing we count the 2 third basemen each as regulars...other than those two, Justin and Freddie are the only ones getting on base...what is surprising is that they are also four of the top five run producers.

I wonder if there was ever another team in baseball that had their top 3 strike out guys all have a last name that starts with the letter "U"...it seems like that might be a record or something. :)

Pitching and offense both looking pretty bad...counting on Mike to right the ship and get in a positive mode while headed home....hopefully Detroit's pitchers will throw some where our guys happen to be swinging tomorrow...that might help the cause also!!

Mac 0-3 tonight so far...with a strike out...is DH'ing.

I knew it was only a matter of time before they figured him out in Class A.

Just kidding. Trying to get bravehomer's attention.

Mac ended up 1-4 with a game tying double...they pinch ran for him, and that runner scored the winning run.

Too bad they don't give run assists.
