I think I'll try to keep this thread going.

Start today with a smile because:

A.J. DID settle down and pitched a great game yesterday and Swish granted our wish and was money at the dish in finishing off the sweep of the A's.

There you go.

I like when folks here start their days with a smile. It puts a smile on my face too.

Good morning, Dani.

Well this thread makes me smile JB.
Good morning. It is an absolutely beautiful day here. Picture perfect blue skies and a cool breeze with temps in the 70’s and NO HUMIDITY. If only it could stay this way :)

That hair is getting blonder by the minute, Maria.

A smile catches the sunshine while a frown just lets it fall to the ground.

I like the low humidity too, Dani. I've been diligent with my walking regimen and I can go much longer when it isn't humid. That said, I can take temps in the 80s. The kids are swimmers and they should be able to enjoy the pool.

Simply beautiful day and any day I hear from my Yankee friends is a good day.

:)

It looks like a beautiful weekend, stengelese. I will lay in the sun for a little bit of time to keep the burn (oh I mean tan) going :)

Do you have any weekend plans?

"Cliff Lee: 4-5 with a 3.94 ERA as of June 1st."

Wasn't he supposed to be able to win like 25 - 30 games or all kind of wild predictions they had for the Phillies rotation.

Good team yes, but no world beater thus far.

I think Lee was supposed to be a 35-game winner and was also going to hit .300 with about 10 HRs. Well, at least that's what the Philly media made me think.

:)

LOL, not saying they aren't good and won't win it all, but people had them running away as the greatest rotation of all time.

They are not infallible, tough yes but beatable.

Walking is the best exercise JB!
I have been diligent with exercise myself! I only wish I had a pool because I love to swim too! I do go to the beach a lot but I don't really like to go in the water much here. I think I am just too use to the beaches in the caribbean although the Hamptons is nice as well.
